Rhodes Joinery have recently started work on the restoration of shop fronts on John William Street in Huddersfield Town Centre.  The six shop fronts are to be restored back to a traditional style in keeping with their Grade 2 listed status with the work being part of a Kirklees Council approved grant.

This follows on from our work on the Daisy Hill Project for Kirklees Council, where work was undertaken to restore traditional shop fronts back to properties in Dewsbury town centre.  This was part of the Dewsbury Revival Scheme and was a government funded initiative to support town centres across the country.
